Changing Times

The STAXUS Designer Modular System is a direct response to the significant changes within the building industry happening today.

With less skilled labour available and Local Authority requirements becoming more stringent, the need for a building system which addresses these changes and provides excellence in design and reductions in build cost and build time, became apparent.

System Development

After building and designing for years using traditional construction methods Staxus Ltd was formed in 2004 to develop the STAXUS Designer Modular System.

This resulted in a unique pre-engineered and pre-fabricated structural steel building system using the best of materials in combination with the simplest possible assembly techniques.
 
The STAXUS Designer Modular System not only answers the needs of a changing industry, but also includes a construction system that performs well under a wide variety of climatic and seismic conditions. It also offers a wide range of design possibilities.
