Here are two examples of projects carried out this year.

This STAXUS building is under construction and will be completed September, 2009. It is the ultimate contemporary Beach House 100m from beautiful Mangawhai Beach and part of the unique Breamtail experience which includes - swimming pool, Beach Lodge, 2 Astro Courts, Horse Riding, Walking Trails.

The Beach House has 3 bedrooms plus a separate bunk room (will sleep 10 to 10), ensuites, 2 car garaging, private north facing courtyard, views of the sea.

Western Springs College, Auckland

Funded by the Ministry of Education the Western Springs College Student Services Building was designed and completed by STAXUS this year and now houses the Health and Counselling departments for the Western Springs College.
