SYSTEM

The STAXUS system is Engineer Certified and complies with all New Zealand building regulations.

KEY FEATURES

Cyclonic & Earthquake Resistance

The STAXUS Designer Modular System is inherently cyclone resistant (up to 250 kph cyclonic wind forces) The structure is anchored through the roof, wall panels and bottom bearers, to the ground.

Ease of Construction with a Minimum of Skilled Labour

The system is based on precision engineering methods and careful, factory-manufactured precision components, so that the work “on-site” is minimal and requires much less skill than conventional building.

Speed of On-Site Construction

STAXUS construction is much faster than conventional construction to lock up stage as we are bringing pre –engineered Components to site.We deliver significant savings and provide excellent on-site value for money by reducing the effect of a number of variables on the building site, such as:

Supplier Delays

·         Materials to lockup are ex factory

·    Incorrectly delivered materials

Impact of bad Weather

·         Reduced build time by up to 40%

·    Weather resistant materials

·    Costly Sub-Contractor delays reduced

Site Trades

Cladding, Insulation, and Framing and Roof Structures – construction time is dramatically reduced

Wall Linings

Both our internal and external panels are bonded to their frames in the factory and therefore;

·         No Gib Fixers required for walls

·    No more Damaged Plasterboard

·    No Screws or Nails in walls

·    A choice of internal finishes is available including Gib.

Sustainability

Sustainability is important to us and a STAXUS building comes with:

·         Factory fitted insulation system integrated in the wall panel

·    R values complying with local authority requirements

·    Insulated ceiling panels

·    Options of solar heating panels

Our steel structures are 100% recyclable and up to 85% of steel used in building construction is ultimately recycled which means it doesn’t take up landfill space. In addition, a STAXUS building can be successfully dismantled without damage to the individual components, after which it may be re-assembled at another location. Very little site waste is produced to pollute the local habitat.
